Walmart Supercenter

I had a really disappointing experience at Walmart recently. One of the employees, Kendria, who I was told is a sales lead, was easily one of the rudest people I’ve ever interacted with. She had a very dismissive attitude, seemed annoyed by simple questions, and made the whole situation uncomfortable for no reason. You would expect someone in a leadership role to set a better example for customer service, but this experience was the complete opposite. It honestly made me reconsider coming back to this location.

born and raised in Murfreesboro TN I'll share a memory I can remember when the very first Walmart was by the mall off of Old fort parkway before they built the supercenter closer to the interstate #24 I can remember going to the food court with my grandmother and eating inside Walmart that was in a very early 90s anyways over the years I've watched Murfreesboro add more stores the supercenter off Joe b parkway is a nice store & I enjoyed shopping there.

I am writing to share my positive experience at this Walmart. I found the location to be exceptionally clean and well-stocked, and I was able to find several items that are unavailable at my local store. The friendly staff also made the visit very pleasant. I would like to offer one piece of feedback regarding the checkout process. I found the checkout stands to be quite small. When shopping with a full cart, it becomes difficult to manage bagged items while simultaneously unloading the remaining groceries. Despite this challenge, the overall quality of the store and the professionalism of the team make the 20-minute drive worthwhile.

My friend John and I were shopping for Christmas Angels. We do this every year through our employer. You know the drill. Donations are taken and all the money collected to provide for children less fortunate than others. It’s very rewarding to be able to do this every year. But…. During our shopping, John And I struggle when it comes to buying clothes for children. The sizes make no sense and we find ourselves looking for an unsuspecting female shopper so that we can pick their brain for help in sizing children’s clothes. Not tonight! We found an employee named Peri. She was outstanding!!! She led us to everything we needed and helped us get sizes for these children that we needed. Unfortunately, we were unable to thank her appropriately. She was called away for some other matter. The fellow in the electronics department was a great help too. I think his name was Josh. (Not sure) Great store. Great employees.

Had an ok experience at this location. It's new so it's somewhat clean. Shelves seemed a bit disorganized and the staff was was not overly friendly. But they had what I needed and it was easy to find. Exactly what I expect on a trip to Walmart.
